I have worked as a journalist, a foreign policy analyst, a geopolitical and risk advisor, over the years, focused on the Asia-Pacific region.

In essence, I am a writer and researcher, and have lived in Asia for years, based in Hong Kong and Singapore.

I am specifically, if not exclusively, focused on the role of China, and have a deep interest in the history, economics, art, language and literature of that place.
